(Our neighborhood) Areas of intelligences and intentions

One of the things learned on the telepathic Internet, said חפא, is that we, that is, the 'human intelligence', are in a cluster of intelligences, 'neighboring intelligences', which חפא divided them into the newer A intelligences and the older "α" intelligences. Within these intelligences, the intelligence that constitutes 'us' is quite limited. And another thing חפא said, that between the intelligences, or the 'areas of the intelligences', there is a reciprocal relationship of attraction (gravity) and repulsion, just like the physical bodies in space, and there are also intentions in the 'areas of the intelligences', the center of gravity of which is not necessarily placed in the bodies or 'individuals' (human or others) that exist in the range of those 'intelligence fields'.

'Note that every game you play with 'nature', said חפא, quite a short time after his return in 1986, 'nature plays it back with you'. Religious people will say, and also said it to חפא, that it is God, who is everywhere and sees us from the outside and the inside. But I perceive God, in a physical definition if such can be given, as a unified field of power and absolute intent. what חפא taught me is, that this field of intentions-intelligences that we swim in (like most of the intentions-intelligences fields he knew, and he knew many, in the Universe), is quite chaotic, and our intelligence is one of the most limited in the neighborhood, there are intelligences and intentions that are much more complex than anything we know, and things that seem like coincidences to us, may actually be realizations of those deep and dark intentions, which are exsisting in our intelligences neighborhood*. When these intentions are directed towards our world, there is very little that our limited private intention, lacking a 'permanent knower', can do. The individual is worthless because of our general weakness, although there are people who know how to read intentions and even steer them, like water, into channels that are convenient for them. The trouble is that it is usually psychopathic people, devoid of conscience (or let's say, disinterested in the human world – at least in the sense that we think  such an interest  in human should be exist), who have this 'talent'. Most people have very little idea of ​​all this, although they can have resourcefulness, there are also intuitions, things that can be developed.


I once spoke of the 'instances' – these operate from more distant regions of the universe. Their influence on us is less direct, but all the systems, far and near, have  connections of influence and mutual influence between them, just like all cosmic systems have.

The 'externals' (i.e the 'aliens', ‘those who came from outside of the neighborhood’) – that is, the 'individuals corresponding to us' – most of the ones we are able to recognize (and some of them, at least some of us did happened to meet) – are more developed than us – it's a fact that they managed to reach us before we reached them. They know this world of intelligences and intentions, and 'flow' with it in their own ways. It is quite possible that they engineer some of the intentions that affect our world, as they pull the strings of politics and determine the rulers and all kinds of orders that seem 'natural' to people. But, it's not just them, and the role of 'federations' and such  is much smaller in weight in the total sum of things that influence and have influenced our human world from the outside. In fact, looking for the 'Federation' and orders like it (including Earth 'world order' theories) which have been described and which have not been described in my posts, as an explanation for something on Earth is quite like 'searching under a flashlight' (although in the ‘Federation’ higher schools, like the one that חפא studied in, unlike the higher educational institutions known on our Earth, valuable knowledge about the depth of the universe and the areas of intelligence and intention, can be acquired, but maybe it's not fair to compare with our schools because we don't have a permanent knower, telepathic internet, etc.).

One of the ways to identify 'intentions' in our 'cluster of intelligences' is to examine the 'coincidences' through the apparent result outcome they lead to. Of course, you need to recognize this type of coincidences, which are not really  coincidences.

*Our 'neighborhood' includes all kinds of life forms that carry intelligence and intention (if not the intelligence and intention are the ones that carry them) that are within the range of the 'solar system' at least, together with which we are a kind of local 'stardust' community, and every such 'community' in the universe also includes 'Intelligence' and 'intentions' which are not necessarily attached to a specific body. In addition to them, our 'neighborhood' includes the 'external visitors', who are the most popular to talk about, and about whom I usually wrote, but they are a relatively small percentage of what makes up the neighborhood. It seems that there do not exist in the solar system and in the range 'organic natives' of the Adamic type, who were born here in the neighborhood and with whom you can drink beer or exchange videos on WhatsApp, and also 'developed biological' beings (If it's any comfort to you, חפא said that one of the nearby systems has, but they are less sympathetic, he says, even than us), and it is possible that there is some natural selection or engineering that makes such life in this structure appear 'natural' for the time being only on Earth. But as those with intelligence and intention, we are not alone here, even though we are quite dust.

Interplanetary Federation (6) + the Treaty

There has always been an extraterrestrial presence on Earth, at least since The Yahwehs engineered us and the consciousness we live in. But in the twentieth century, somewhere in space, signals were received from the earth that announced that the human species had reached a stage where it has a potential danger to its planet and to the universe in general, on the other hand, since branches of the 'river' began to be paved in space to 'remote' space regions that were rarely visited before , like the bubble to which 'our' solar system belongs, the extensive external contact systems known as 'Federation' or 'Federations' began to show an interest, which had always existed, but now increased significantly, in planets of the type of our planet in which they recognized an unfailing source of resources, both resources raw material and animal labor resources. These resources are very much needed by the federations/parts of the federation in the constant competition for the control of the space and in efforts to improve the lifespan of the federation/federations' components. 

A common interest of the external systems and the human governments finally led to the signing of secret agreements starting in 1985 approximately, and although the name of no state president, or other state representative with an official definition, is a signatory to one of these agreements, they are binding by virtue of something called 'the global consensus/agreement' And some call it the 'new world order.'

Everything written below is based on the alien knowledge of חפא (the guide), who was the first to tell us about the agreements back in 1986, and on details collected over the years by the alien underground.

The Treaty

Earth-Space Representations Treaty is an agreement signed between those defined as "representatives of the Earth" ("the global agreement/consensus") and the "space community" – a group of external entities that were represented by an entity called "The star embassy" and also known as "the Federation". The agreement was signed and ratified in stages beginning in August 1985.

On the Earth side, the agreement was signed by representatives who were authorized as government agents of their countries, although no head of state or senior state representative signed the documents, on which a blank space was left for their signature in the future. The documents authorized the "global agreement" as validating its signature for the implementation of the agreements.

The treaty agreement established the responsibility of the representatives of the "global consensus", on behalf of Earth, that the people of Earth will not take any warlike action against extraterrestrial entities that are signatories to the treaty and towards facilities which will be given identification as belonging to them, on Earth and in Space, and in return, the extraterrestrial entities will share with Earth, subject to to the restrictions detailed in the documents, information of security-environmental significance for the Earth (including information related to the "war against common enemies"), and later they will share also technological knowledge that will promote technology in Earth.

Within this, It was determined that the separation will be maintained between the human beings who were born on the Earth and bear a civil birth certificate of their country and Those outside of this definition. Also, the Extraterrestrials were given the right of access to any knowledge they desired on Earth.* It was determined that the "extraterrestrial entities" would be allowed to employ and appoint individuals, from among the people on Earth, to various "service positions" in "marked" areas, provided that they meet conditions that would make them acceptable in the eyes of their governments, such as the absence of a criminal record or an anarchist background, mental stability and full military service in places where this service is required, and generally they have to be "faithful and trustworthy". 

However it was determined that their salary would be paid by the bodies of the "global agreement", (not the country), its renovation in exchange for knowledge that can be immediately converted into money or its equivalent (as opposed to theoretical knowledge or knowledge whose implementation may require years with no fast guarantee of  profitability)**. 

The external entities agreed to give guarantees for the end of the Cold War and the promotion of supranational organizations striving for world peace, and it was also agreed that for the time being the global media blackout will remain on the "alien issue" and therefore the treaty will also remain secret for 65 years (until 2050) when a full forum will be required of "Certified Supervisors" to be appointed by all the signatories of the agreement to change this decision.*** 

One of the clauses of the agreement forbids the 'Earth Defense Forces', of any kind, to kill an 'unidentified creature' (alien) if they encounter it outside of defined military bases on Earth or in very specific and defined cases of self-defense.

Another section forbids the existence of a situation where people will work directly under 'externals' and receive payment from them (and all employment of people under 'externals' will be done through a human body that will be the only body authorized to receive payment for them, as mentioned before).****

The agreements prohibited inter-world sexual relations of human and extraterrestrials in roles related to the implementation of the treaty, but they did not impose or enforce a ban on off-duty sexual encounters.

signing the agreement – In August 1985, the first large conference of the representatives of the worlds was held, on an island near Spain, and the committees and teams were chosen that were supposed to build the clauses and ratify them mutually until July 20, 1986. This meeting was accompanied in September by three more meetings with many participants that signed four related framework agreements. Another meeting was scheduled for October and was supposed to be a ceremonial end to the first phase, but apparently it was not held.

after signing the agreement – Some see the 'treaty' and its derivatives as providing a cosmic backing for privatization and the takeover of giant corporations, because it was not really signed with 'the whole of the world' or with representatives who gave an account to the whole public, and in fact created preferred and convenient partners for it without committing to the whole of Earth humanity or oblige its national partners to do so.

The 'animals' class: The agreement was signed between 'dominant species' or 'those capable of signing' and apparently recognizes only them as partners and as those to whom the details of the agreement apply. At the same time, the status of non-human life under human control was mentioned in it through a vague promise that the 'representatives of the Earth' would undertake to protect at least the intelligent species under their control, and would promote the issue of preserving the Earth's ecology through the establishment of special authorities for this in each country.

The agreements of the 'Convention' are still important today, nearly 40 years after their original signing, the principle of confidentiality is preserved and information exchange still takes place, however, it seems that the number of people responsible for the implementation of the agreements today on the part of the planet has been reduced. The agreements built a system of roles designed to maintain the ongoing existence of agreements and to work on a daily basis with the 'space people', alongside a 'monitoring council' made up of the signatories of the agreements. Over the years, many people who were in the original position or were appointed during the decade after it have aged or passed away, others retired in the first decades, and it is not known if they were replaced by others, and it is not known if a mechanism is active at all that is supposed to ensure the replacement, and it is not clear how many young people who entered the Global bodies involved, or whatever continues them, have been informed at all about the agreements or been informed at a sufficient level, and the future of the agreements, after the last ones who knew them in real time retire, is not clear. Besides, the claim that the 'extraterrestrial beings' are getting further and further away from the Earth or that they are much less interested in it than they used to be, is heard, mainly since 2007, into this situation, outsiders with other interests who have made connections with other bodies in the human world may penetrate.

Preventing wars: There is an assumption that external interventions in the Earth are made in cases of the need to prevent wars, especially those that may degenerate into the use of nuclear weapons. It is not clear, if this is true, to what extent and if it is anchored in the treaty.*****

* There is also a claim that the Earth side agreed to allow beings from space to perform experiments on humans and animals in exchange for all the information that would be provided from space.
** Regarding the right of Earth organizations to determine who these people will be, it seems that no clear agreement has been reached and there are all kinds of interpretations.
*** As far as is known, there were elements on Earth who opposed the treaty, their main argument was that the agreement was primarily intended to allow an alien takeover of human resources. On the other hand, some of the participants of the agreement from the outside pushed for the addition of clauses that would allow them, if their rights were violated on Earth by another body, even from these whose representatives sign the agreement, and the "global agreement" will not be able to maintain their rights, to intervene themselves independently in the area of ​​violence, for a limited period. It is not clear to what extent these sections received final approval.
**** However, there is a claim that since time immemorial, 'outsiders' have rewarded private individuals who they wished to reward in exchange for energy, and this situation, towards individuals called 'senior qualified' or 'chosen', continued and even upgraded after the signing of the agreement. It is also claimed that during 1986 Earth was given a list of 'protected' people – people connected with the external factors, whom it was forbidden to harm and Earth was obliged to take care of their security.
***** Putin, for example, to the extent that he is aware of the treaty and talks to someone about it, may claim that since the war in Ukraine is not supposed to be nuclear (since possession of nuclear weapons was taken away from Ukraine) it is none of the business of outsiders and they have no right to participate in the issue of the war between Russia and Ukraine. The outsiders, for their part, may have 'given Ukraine to the Russians in advance', in the order that corresponds to the lines that were the border lines in the world at the time of the signing of the treaty.

"The pool"/"reservoir" "המאגר" – a nickname for the existing and potential manpower pool for employment, in a variety of jobs, in the 'unofficial' organizations and institutions in the field 'between the worlds' and between the human and the extraterrestrials, whose employees usually do not get a direct salary from the state or any official bodies. The extraterrestrials-terrestrial agreements made starting in 1985 referred to this human pool and allowed the extraterrestrials, to varying degrees, access to databases and facilities related to the recruitment and operation of the "reservoir" and the "borrowing" of employees from it for various purposes, related to the presence of extraterrestrials in the world and its connections to what is happening in the human worlds on Earth.

Regarding the right of the Earth organizations to determine or impose a veto regarding who will be those who will be taken from the 'pool' as employed/recruited by the outsiders, it seems that no clear agreement has been reached and there are all kinds of interpretations (in any case the Earth authorities/organizations must be informed about each and every one who 'taken/borrowed'), but the external entities have degrees of authority to check the degree of competence and suitability of the employees, for example, to fit the conditions of the absence of 'permanent knowledge' which serve as a guarantee that things that are not supposed to be remembered by the employees, will not be remembered beyond working hours.

According to the existing claims, a standard which include Earthian-military service before was demanded for the workers in the "pool" in all the countries from which they were recruited for the externals, along with the absence of a criminal record or an "anarchist background". It is possible that the guarantees regarding service in the army are guarantees demanded by the representatives of the Earth.

The outsiders have undertaken a commitment not to borow or recruit any employee from the 'pool' without the knowledge and consent of the national source recruiters, thus, people like  חפא and me cannot be part of the 'pool'.

According to the agreements, money never enters the Adamic world from the outside (this is one of the signs of the, i.e, 'sovereignty and independence',  of the Earth, recognized according to the agreements) and therefore the salary of the recruits of the "reservoir" is paid by the bodies of the Adamic world represented in the agreements, and they have been compensated in the field of knowledge and transfer of technological principles, in a way that will allow the recipients of the knowledge to trade it and earn for it money or money-worth.

Squads – life-based cosmic groups usually composed of several types of beings, mostly tiny, who are able to move in space, they control various information such as river/telepathic internet communication and are also proficient in combat, and they use stardust to move through the universe. The retreat of democracy – in the world – it may be due to the departure of planet Earth by the "old order" – that is, the extraterrestrials who were here all the time, and created the guarantee for the old order in which the democracies existed in the (relative) form we knew, are pulling their 'hands' off/ removing the holdings they had on the planet (by analogy – the situation where much of the high-tech threatens to leave Israel, but here it is in the opposite order – democracy is weakened because the external guarantees for it leave the earth – a phenomenon that has been felt since 2006 – and not the other way around). The chaos aliens are taking over the situation now, it's not the destruction of the earth yet but it's part of the ground preparation -maybe to resettle another civilization on the planet.

In this situation, two things happen or may happen:

1. The tightening that was on the publication of alien information is loosened. I once said that if it were only up to Earthlings, perhaps the concealment would not be so strictly kept. 2. Adamic factors, sensing what is happening, will strive to get their hands on the alien information that still remains here, even to tail the "back-squads" of the order that we called "the ones pulling the strings" that not all of its carriers have left yet, or even to attack "new aliens" (UFO aliens of the type allegedly been reported in Congress) through knowledge learned about them. The adamic factors have accumulated experience from all kinds of agreements and collaborations made during the last decades with the extraterrestrials. They will not talk about this yet in Congress and it is doubtful whether it is in the hands of any country – the agreements, in a sophisticates form, isolated the states, as entities, from any active partnership in the "world order" (therefore there is not a single salary slip of an MIB employee in the ‘reality version’ – not because there are no such bodies.
