בהתקבצות של יקומים רבים

סטולי הגנוב היה האחרון שראה את חפא, כשהתחילה ההתפזרות. הוא היה לידו בצריף הסמוך לחוף הטלפתיה בכנרת, וגם לו חפא נעלם, כשסטולי הגנוב הפנה לרגע את ראשו.

סטולי הגנוב היה גם הראשון שפגש את חפא מחדש, והוא שלח אותו לאסוף את כולנו ולהביא אותנו אל נקודת האיסוף שבכוכב המדברי. אבל עד שזה קרה, עבר הרבה זמן.
בימים הראשונים נשאר סטולי, לבדו מכל החבורה, על חוף הכנרת, מסתתר מפני אנשי האופל הגלקטי שנכנסו למקום, והפכו את קטע החוף הזה לבסיס הנחיתות העיקרי שלהם בצפון הארץ. מאוחר יותר סטולי ניצל את העובדה הזאת כדי להתגנב לחללית שלהם בתור נוסע סמוי, ולהגיע אל מחוץ למערכת השמש. כתבתי על זה כאן.

סטולי הגנוב סיפר לי את כל זה כשבעזרתם של המתורגמן ועוד שלושה עוזרים, הוא חילץ אותי משבי האופל הגלקטי.
נסענו בחללית קטנה אל נקודת האיסוף, ובדרך הצטרפה אלינו גם הכחולה.

הוא לא הספיק לספר לי איך הוא לבסוף פגש את חפא, גם לא איך הגיע חפא בעצמו אל החלל.

בכוכב המדברי, בפונדק של הנגנים, נשארתי לבדי לאחר שסטולי הגנוב, המתורגמן ואנשיהם שבו אל הגלקסיה, לחלץ משם את החברים הנוספים שעוד נותרו תחת שלטון האופל ולהביא אותם אל נקודת האיסוף. גם הכחולה נעלמה לה עם אחד הנגנים.
מצאתי כאן חבר ושמו לוֹ ני הדומה באופן מוזר לחברינו קויסטי שנהרג בסיני, השגתי גם גיטרה טלפתית קטנה ואנחנו מסתובבים איתה ברחבי המכתש שאנחנו נמצאים בו, לו ני שר ואני מנגן בטלפתיה את הגעגועים הרבים שיש לי

מגיעים לכאן הרבה חייזרים שנמלטו כמונו מן הגלקסיה, משלטון האופל. את כולם הוא עויין, כל אחד בדרכו. בתי מגורים בצורות שונות ומשונות צומחים כאן בכל יממה, בפינות הרחוקות של המכתש, קבוצות קבוצות של מבנים שהולכות ומתקרבות זו לזו. צומחת כאן אולי עיר

ולחפא ויתר החברים מכדור הארץ שכבר אמורים היו להיות כאן, אין סימן. אף אחד לא שמע עליהם ולא יודע איפה הם נמצאים.
סטולי הגנוב אמר לי, לפני שחזר לגלקסיה, שהם ימצאו אותי ולכן אני צריך להישאר בסביבה, לא לצאת מהמכתש.
איך זה שכבר עברו ימים רבים, ואין להם שום סימן?

לו ני אומר שאולי הם בכלל עזבו את הפלנטה.

In the Gathering of Many Universes

The Stolen Stoli was the last one to see Chapa when the scattering began.
They were together in the shack near the telepathy shore on the Sea of Galilee. The moment Stoli turned his head for just a second — Chapa vanished.
Stoli was also the first to meet Chapa again.
He sent him to gather all of us and bring us to the assembly point on the Desert Planet. But a long time passed before that happened.
In the first days, Stoli remained alone on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, hiding from the agents of the Galactic Darkness who had turned that stretch of beach into their main landing base in northern Israel. Later, he used their presence to his advantage — sneaking aboard one of their ships as a stowaway and escaping the solar system. I wrote about that here.
Stoli told me all this when he rescued me — with the help of the Translator and three assistants — from the captivity of the Galactic Darkness.
We traveled in a small spacecraft toward the assembly point, and on the way, the Blue One joined us as well.
He didn’t have time to tell me how he eventually found Chapa again, or how Chapa himself had reached space.
On the Desert Planet, in the musicians’ inn, I was left alone.
Stoli, the Translator, and their people returned to the galaxy to rescue the rest of our friends who were still under the rule of the Darkness. The Blue One disappeared with one of the musicians.
I found a new friend here named Lo Ni, who looks strangely similar to our friend Koisty, who was killed in Sinai.
I got hold of a small telepathic guitar, and the two of us wander around the crater with it.
Lo Ni sings, and I play on the telepathy the many longings I carry:For the worlds that were,
For the worlds that could have been.Many aliens arrive here, refugees like us, fleeing the rule of the Galactic Darkness.
It is hostile to all of them, each in its own way.
Strange-shaped dwellings sprout here every day in the distant corners of the crater. Groups of buildings slowly draw closer to one another.
Perhaps a city is growing here.
A city of many universes.
But of Chapa and the rest of our friends from Earth, who were supposed to be here already — there is no sign.
No one has heard of them, and no one knows where they are.

Before he returned to the galaxy, Stoli told me:
“Stay in the area. They will find you.”
But many days have already passed, and there is still no trace of them.Lo Ni says quietly:
“Maybe they left the planet altogethe".
