הפדרציה הבין-פלנטרית (4) Interplanetary Federation (4)

במהלך השנים הצליח חפא ליצור קשר עם שותפיו החיצוניים, דרך האינטרנט הטלפתי מן הסתם. כאשר חזר ב1986, שמעתי ממנו מה עלה בגורל נסיון ההפיכה שלהם במרכז הפדרציה. בתחילה אמר לי שההפיכה נכשלה, אחר כך הודה שאולי היא לא נכשלה, אבל היא נגנבה מהכחול ואנשי הצוות שלו. מי שבגד בהם היו אלה שאותם כינה הכחול, בצלילת הארובה, "השכנים", מקריני הצבע הכתום, שבגלל הצורך שזיהה הכחול בשותפות קואליציונית איתם, הוא אילץ את חפא לחזור לכדור הארץ דרך אותה צלילה, ולמעשה 'זרק' אותו מהחללית. "השכנים" יצרו קואליציה משלהם עם חלק מאלה שהיו בממשלת הפדרציה, ואיתם הדיחו את הממשלה שהייתה קיימת. הכחול ואנשי צוותו הופרדו, וכל אחד מהם נשלח למעצר בית אזורי, שמנע ממנו לצאת מחלל מערכת שמש הבית שלו. מכיוון שכנדוניה לשותפות הקואליציונית הביאו איתם "השכנים", בין השאר, את תכניותיהם של חפא והכחול, אותן גנבו "השכנים", לרשת את כדור הארץ ולחבר אותו לאינטרנט הטלפתי, תכניות שנבנו על בסיס הידע הרחב שהיה לחפא על גיאוגרפיית הפלנטה, חשש חפא שהם יממשו אותן וישיגו באמצעותן שליטה על כדור הארץ, אותה ינצלו כדי לרדוף אותו, בהיותו חלק מהצוות שהושם במעצר. גם אנחנו, חברי החבורה, שעזרנו לתכניות האלה, היינו לדעתו בסכנה.  חפא חשב גם שכדי לרשת את כדור הארץ, גם הם יצטרכו עוזרים אדמיים על הפלנטה, ויצרו לשם כך קשר עם ממשלות או גופים בעלי כח אחרים כאן, איתם יחתמו על הסכמים. ונכון לשנת 1986, לפי ידיעותיו של חפא, הקשר הזה כבר נוצר, תהליך רישות כדור הארץ לפדרציה החל, תוך הסכמה על הדברים שיישארו סודיים עבור רוב בני האדם, שימשיכו לראות חייזרים בסרטים. חפא אמר שהרודפים הפוטנציאליים שביניהם נצטרך לנווט את דרכנו בעולם בשנים הבאות, ישתייכו מצד אחד לאלה שעדיין מפחדים מחייזרים, אמיתיים ומדומיינים, ומכיוון שהם לא יודעים באמת לזהות אותם, ירדפו את כל מה ומי שנראה להם מוזר, לבין אלה שחתמו הסכמים עם החייזרים האמיתיים, ומבחינתם אנחנו יודעים יותר מדי. זו הייתה, לדעת חפא, החלוקה היחידה הרלוונטית בין בני האדם. לא החלוקה בין ימין ושמאל, לא בין דתיים ולא דתיים, לא עשירים ולא עניים, בוודאי שלא איזה ישראל הראשונה או השנייה. וכל חפיפה שנמצא בין אחת החלוקות לחלוקה הזו עלולה להטעות אותנו ולגרום שנאבד זמן יקר. "פשוט תנסו לבחון אצל כל אחד שאתם מכירים, באיזה עמדה הוא עשוי להיות", הציע בתור מה שמאוחר יותר קרא לו "מבחן חפא מס' 1". אחד השומעים את דבריו, בקבוצות החדשות, שאל אותו האם הסוג הראשון של הרודפים, הסוג הבור, הוא לא אינטרס של הסוג השני, והוא בעצם יוצר אותם. חפא אמר שזה אפשרי בהחלט, אבל לגבינו זה לא משנה. לי הוא אמר אחר כך, שזו אחת הסיבות שהוא ממשיך ללמד על 'ידע החייזרים' והאפשרויות להתחבר לאינטרנט הטלפתי וליודע הקבוע, גם כעת כשאין לו את מכשירי העזר (רוב מכשירי העזר שסייענו לו כחבורה הראשונה בבנייתם, כבר נזרקו מהבתים) ובמצב כרגע, לא נראה שיהיו לו, כדי שאנשים יהיו פחות בורים, וידעו על היקום שמסביבם, ידיעה של ממש, נקייה מבולשיט. הוא לוקח את הסיכון, אמר, שבין המאזינים לו יש סוכנים של גופי הרדיפה, סיכון שקיים למרות שהוא בדרך כלל יודע איך לזהות אותם ולמנוע את הגעתם להרצאות. הרבה סדרות הרצאות ומפגשים שהיו לו, נפסקו פתאום, והנחתי שזה בגלל נוכחות או חשד לנוכחות של סוכנים בסביבה. חפא היה גם שב ו'נעלם' לתקופות, וחוזר.

במשך הזמן הגיע חפא לתובנות שהמצב הקוסמי-פוליטי סביב הפלנטה יותר מורכב ממה שראה בהתחלה, וש'מושכים בחוטים' חיצוניים עתיקים יותר מהפדרציה של ימינו משפיעים גם הם על ממשלות, גופים ותהליכים פוליטיים על כדור הארץ, בעבר וגם היום, וקשורים גם אל יחידים. אבל הוא לא שינה את דעתו שרוב האנשים המוחלט, נמצא במצב של בורות, שהיא כנראה האינטרס המשותף של כל הגורמים החיצוניים והאדמיים העובדים איתם.

ב2005 סיפר לנו חפא שהכחול וחבריו שוחררו ממעצרי הבית האזוריים שלהם, והוא קיווה שיחזרו לפעילות וישתפו אותו. אז התחלתי לכתוב עליו בבלוג, וכשכתבתי בהסטוריה האלטרנטיבית שחפא נעלם בגלל השתלטות כוחות האופל הגלקטי, זה היה בתקופה שבין פורים לפסח, הוא באמת נעלם, זו הייתה אחת היציאות שלו לחו"ל, אם כי הלך הרוח שלו באותה תקופה היה הרבה יותר אופטימי מהלך הרוח ששרר בפוסטים ההם. הפדרציה נראתה לו פחות מפחידה ורודפת מקודם, והוא לא פחד, ב2008, לצאת שוב אל "החלל העויין" כמו שקרא לו בשנים הקודמות, בו החליט להישאר. 

Over the years, Chapa has been able to connect with his outside partners, via the telepathic internet presumably. When he returned in 1986, I heard from him what had become of their coup attempt at the Federation Center. At first he told me that the coup had failed, then admitted that it might not have failed, but it was stolen from the blue and his crew. Those who betrayed them were those whom the blue, in the chimney diving, called the "neighbors," who were radiating the orange color, who because of the need of the blue for a coalition partnership with them, forced Chapa to return to Earth through that dive, and actually 'threw' him off the spacecraft. The "neighbors" formed their own coalition with some of those who were in the federal government, and with them ousted the existing government. The Blue and his crew were separated, and each was sent to regional house arrest, which prevented him from leaving his home solar system space. Since as a dowry for the coalition partnership, the "neighbors" brought with them, among other things, Chapa and the Blue's plans , which the "neighbors" stole, to net the Earth and connect it to the telepathic Internet, plans built on Chapa's extensive knowledge of Earth geography, Chapa's fear was that they would realize them and gain control of the Earth, and it will be used to persecute him, because of being part of the team placed in custody. We, the members of the group, who helped with these plans, were too, in his opinion, in danger.
Chapa also thought that in order to net the planet, they too would need human helpers on the planet, and for that they would make contact with governments or other powerful bodies here, with whom they would sign agreements. And as of 1986, according to Chapa's knowledge, this connection has already been made, the process of the Earth neting to the Federation has begun, while agreeing on things that will remain secret for most humans, who will continue to see aliens in movies. Chapa said that the potential pursuers among whom we will have to navigate our way in the world in the coming years will belong on the one hand to those who are still afraid of aliens, real and imagined, and because they do not really know how to identify them, will pursue anything and everyone who seems strange.And those who have signed agreements with the real aliens, and for them we know too much, on the other side. This was, in Chapa's view, the only relevant division between human beings. Not the division between right and left, not between religious and non-religious, not rich and poor, certainly not some first or second Israel. And any overlap that exists between one of these divisions and this division can deceive us and cause us to lose precious time. "Just try to examine with everyone you know, what position he may be in," he suggested in what he later he called "Chapa Test No. 1." One who have heard his words, in the new groups, asked him if the first type of persecutor, the ignorant type, is not in the interest of the second type, and actually creates them. Chapa said it is certainly possible, but for us it does not matter. He told me later that this is one of the reasons he continues to teach about 'alien knowledge' and the possibilities to connect to the telepathic internet and regular (Constant) knowledge, even now when he does not have the aids (most of the aids we helped build in the first group have already been thrown out from the houses), and in the current situation, he does not seem to have it back soon, so that people will be less ignorant, and know about the universe around them, real knowledge, free from bullshit. He takes the risk, he said, that among his listeners there are agents of persecution, a risk that exists even though he usually knows how Identify them and prevent them from attending lectures. A lot of series of lectures and meetings he had, suddenly stopped, and I assumed it was because of the presence or suspicion of the presence of agents in the area. Chapa also used to go back and 'disappear' for periods, and to return.

Over time, Chapa has come to the realization that the cosmic-political situation around the planet is more complex than he initially saw, and that 'external thread pullers' older than today's federation also affect governments, bodies, and political processes on Earth, past and present, and are related to individuals too. But he did not change his mind that the vast majority of people, are in a state of ignorance, which is probably the common interest of all the external and human factors working with them.

In 2005 Chapa told us that the Blue and his friends had been released from their regional house arrests, and he hoped they would return to activity and share him. So I started writing about it on the blog, and when I wrote in alternative history that Chapa disappeared due to the takeover of the Galactic Dark Forces on Earth, it was between Purim and Passover, he really disappeared, it was one of his trips abroad, although his mood at that time was much more optimistic than the mood that prevailed in those posts. The Federation seemed to him less frightening and hunting than before, and he was not afraid, in 2008 to go out again into the "hostile space" as he had called it in previous years, where he had decided to stay.
