    1. חבורת נערים וחברם סטולי הגנוב התחילה לקבל שדרים טלפתיים מחפא, שהציג את עצמו כאדם שנחטף אל החלל ועומד לחזור לכדור הארץ.
    2. חפא נתן להם תדריכים כיצד להתכונן לשינוי גדול שהוא עומד להביא כשיחזור לכדור הארץ. בין השאר הוא הורה להם כיצד לבנות מכשירים שיעזרו בשינוי התודעה האנושית, הדרוש לקראת השינויים.
    3. לאחר שנה הגיע חפא אל החבורה, הראשונים שפגשו אותו היו סטולי הגנוב, צבי והצועד. מאוחר יותר נפגשו איתו שאר בני החבורה.
    4. התברר להם ממנו שהשינוי הגדול שהיה צריך לבוא מתעכב בשל הגורמים החיצוניים איתם היה חפא קשור ומהם למד ידע חלל נרחב שאינו מצוי על כדור הארץ.

    9. לאחר שבע שנים התברר לצועד שחפא חזר לארץ עם בת זוגו, אנה שערקה מבריה"מ למערב. חפא התחיל להרצות על עיקרי תורתו לקבוצות של אנשים, אותם ניסה להעביר למוד של 'יודע קבוע' או להוציא אותם מהתודעה הרגילה שלהם. במקביל מנסה חפא לפתח מכשירים חדשים להרחבת התודעה, שישלבו טכנולוגיה כדור ארצית ואנרגיה מבוססת ידע חיצוני. אך הוא אינו מצליח לגייס את כל ההון הדרוש להשלמת מלאכתו. מן החבורה נשארו איתו בקשר רק הצועד, סטולי הגנוב וצבי (שחי בארה"ב). גם בסיפור האלטרנטיבי, בשלב מסויים, נפרדו חפא ואנשים אלה משאר החבורה (ביחד עם עלוה, הקיימת רק בסיפור האלטרנטיבי כחברתו של צבי). לאחר 19 שנה נפרד חפא מאנה. הוא עובר לירושלים (בה כבר התגורר בעבר) שם תומך בו כספית אדם בשם שפע, המארח את הרצאותיו המתקיימות בעיר.
    10. לאחר 31 שנה בכדור הארץ, חפא מחליט לנסוע לחלל כדי לחזות באירוע קוסמי גדול המתקיים במחזוריות רחוק מכדור הארץ. הוא מזמין את סטולי הגנוב והצועד להצטרף אליו, סטולי נענה להזמנה והצועד בנעליו מסתפק בליוויים כשהם הולכים ברגל מביתו של חפא בירושלים ל'אזור התחמקות'. בדרך הם נעלמים לצועד. לאחר כמה חודשים חוזר סטולי הגנוב ונכנס לארץ דרך גבול טאבה, והוא מספר שחפא נעלם גם לו. מאז לא נשמע מאת חפא דבר חדש.

At the same time, חפא is trying to develop New devices for the expansion of consciousness, which will combine earthly sphere technology and energy based on external knowledge. But he is unable to raise all the capital necessary to complete his work. Of the group, only the marcher, the stolen Stoli and Zvi (who lives in the USA) remained in contact with him. Also in the alternative story, at a certain point, חפא and these people separated from the rest of the group (along with Alva, who exists only in the alternative story as Zvi's girlfriend). After 19 years חפא broke up with Anna. He moves to Jerusalem (where he had already lived before) where he is financially supported by a man named Shefa, who hosts his lectures held in the city.
      • After 31 years on Earth, חפא decides to travel to space to witness a major cosmic event that takes place periodically far from Earth. He invites the stolen Stoli and the marcher to join him, Stoli accepts the invitation and the marcher in his shoes settles for escorts as they walk from Hafa's house in Jerusalem to the 'evasion zone'. On the way they disappear from the walker's eyes. After a few months, the stolen Stoli returns and enters the country through the Taba border, and he says that from him too חפא disappeared. Since then nothing new has been heard from חפא.
