The Wonder Screen

On one hand, you could take Chapa’s words to mean that humanity is not — and cannot be — an independent player in regional astropolitics. The reason? Our limitations, and the fact that the Outsiders want it that way. Even Adamic super-technology, we understood, is under their watchful eye — a condition written explicitly into the 1985 treaty that formalized relations between the “Adamites” and the Outsiders. From this, we assumed that the absence of a permanent knower (Yodea Kavua) was a fixed part of the human condition, and that Adamic technology would always remain capped well below the level where it could match, let alone threaten, the Outsiders.

But then came November 2007. In a living room crowded with both long-time regulars and fresh faces, Chapa announced that the Adamites were standing on the very brink of parity with the Outsiders. Only three months earlier — when "the Stolen" Stoli and I had visited to mark thirty years since we first met him — Chapa had warned that Chaos Aliens might soon replace the Outsiders we’d “gotten used to” over the years. Those Outsiders, the “puppet-masters” behind the 1985 treaty, would be swept aside by the newcomers, and, in his words, “all the high-tech and the internet” wouldn’t stand a chance against them.

Yet on that November night, he claimed that humans were also within reach of overcoming the great limitation of the missing permanent knower. What’s more, he said, they could already clone — and might have already cloned — alien beings, using DNA given to them by the Outsiders themselves.

That was the breaking point for eight long-time attendees. Without a word of warning, they stood, gathered their coats, and walked out of Shefa’s house — where Chapa held his lectures when he lived in Jerusalem. Their leader turned at the door and spat: “Up to now, you’ve been babbling. And you keep on babbling. No more!” For the first time, I saw Chapa stunned. The meeting continued, but the sudden vacuum left no trace of the occasional intimacy that sometimes blossoms in a smaller circle.

(Shefa would later claim the walkouts were MIB plants, people “with something burning on their heads” that night — or maybe they’d long suspected Chapa was starting to reveal more than just “stories from the depths of the universe” and had decided to shut him down. Zvi, to whom I wrote about the incident, dismissed the MIB theory and chalked it up to veteran jealousy over the newcomers, toward whom Chapa had recently been more attentive, perhaps even tailoring his narrative to pull them in.)

And then there was the list Chapa wrote on the “Wonder Screen” back in April 1979.

Chapa, as I’ve mentioned before, was dyslexic when it came to letters — a side effect of changes done to him in space. But he could write numbers and sketch strange symbols on a whiteboard, the “Wonder Screen,” which we’d used to communicate with him even before he arrived on Earth. That April day, he wrote:

Every twelve years, he explained, humanity made a leap toward Übermenschness — becoming something more than human. In 1933, it was Nazism, which he described as an attempt to “overcome the Judeo-Christian element.” He also mentioned Pluto’s discovery, mistakenly linking it to that year as a step toward breaking the “consciousness ring” surrounding the Adamites of the Solar System. In 1945, it was the atom — giving humanity the power to destroy its own planet. In 1957, they left Earth’s atmosphere, and in 1969 came the first landing on another world.

None of us wanted humanity to turn into “the Maccabi Tel Aviv basketball team of the universe,” as Zvi likes to say (still a diehard Hapoel Jerusalem fan, though he insists they’ve “gone Maccabi” too). We believed part of Chapa’s role — and ours, as his students — was to keep a lid on such things. When it came to meeting other worlds (which, as hinted or so we understood, was due in 1981), we were firmly Team Aliens.

A month later, Chapa left. When he returned in the mid-1980s, his picture of the world had grown more tangled. Some humans, he said, were working with aliens — not his own space-friends — and had even signed agreements with them. Others, as before, opposed the aliens. He divided them into the “white-collar” and “blue-collar” wings of the “World Organization,” or “MIB,” as we called it.

And maybe that’s what untangles the contradiction. There exists a class of humans who’ve received knowledge from the Outsiders — enough to potentially put them in the same league. Them, not us. Not all Outsiders like this, and how they’ll respond remains to be seen — or not — in the years ahead. The rest of humanity will keep living in ignorance, unable to defend itself. Big Brother (the reality TV show) will never tell them anything about their place in the universe. Neither will the popular conspiracy sites, which, like most of “the media,” are just an arm of the ruling powers — perhaps the rule of the “Lords of the Farm” themselves.

Knowledge Adaptation

Cosmic knowledge, such as that found in the schools of cosmic wisdom, the libraries of the “Yahwehs”, as well as the knowledge of the federations and any other knowledge with long-standing space heritage, has been accumulated over years of experience, insights, and refinement of those insights. There is always a need to update it for new cosmic generations, and also to learn from them new things that their own experience has gathered—things unknown to previous space generations or long forgotten.

From this perspective, human Earthly knowledge is considered young, and is often counted from the beginning of the “technological advancement” era. One should add the caveat, that the external “puppet-masters” have control and oversight over the development of human insights and the direction in which they flow. Some knowledge was transferred to humans via extraterrestrials, and there are those who completely reject the idea that “human knowledge developed on its own at some point.” This is not entirely accurate. Like any “new” mode of thought, human thinking has autonomous capabilities, and for historical reasons, external supervision over knowledge is not always tight in every era.

Take, for example, the human computer, developed during World War II, when external supervision over the human world was weakened. Some even count the “beginning of human knowledge on Earth” from the moment the computer was invented. Moreover, this stage of boxy, square devices—the crude stage of developing the technology we deal with today—is a stage whose external equivalents were forgotten by the outsiders hundreds or even thousands of years ago. It’s unclear when they realized that humans were precisely at this stage, one they themselves had long since passed, no longer using anything resembling our current computers—if indeed theirs ever resembled them.

In any case, once this was identified—apparently between 1945 and 1957—monitoring of “humans” began, including the adaptation of knowledge between external bodies, some of which are old and in need of this knowledge like a blood transfusion. Some say that the main interaction between humans and extraterrestrials, since the 1960s or even the 1950s, has been for the purpose of knowledge adaptation, in which the outsiders learn from the “new generation” on Earth and on parallel planets, and also teach certain groups from it. Figures like Chapa, as well as workers of the “Institute for Knowledge Adaptation,” attempt to pour knowledge from one vessel into another, creating accessible “translations” (potentially for both sides) that reconcile what the ancient science discovered with what the “young” Earth science is still in the process of learning.

What do aliens look like?

How Is the Claim That Extraterrestrials Influence Our World Different from Conspiracy Theories About “Lizard People”?

More than two decades ago, Chapa addressed a question that continues to resurface: If extraterrestrials are involved in human affairs, how is that claim any different from fringe conspiracy theories — like those involving reptilian overlords, beloved by the more eccentric son of certain Israeli politician?

Chapa was clear. In his view, the origins of most of these popular conspiracies are political in nature. That is, they tend to arise from — or be deliberately fueled by — circles with vested political interests. The politicians who are in any way supported, influenced, or observed by non-human intelligences will never openly admit to it. In fact, they may not be allowed to. Disclosure could endanger not only their positions but their lives.

As a result, when individuals in political environments begin to speak publicly about extraterrestrial involvement, they usually fall into one of two categories:

1. They have no real knowledge, and are merely speculating or posturing.

2. They know enough to be dangerous, and so they choose to distort the subject — either to deflect attention or to discredit the entire idea — by steering it toward the absurd. Hence, outlandish imagery: secret underground bases, blood rituals, and, of course, humanoid reptiles.

Chapa insisted, to anyone who asked, that in all his encounters with extraterrestrial beings, he never once met a species resembling these infamous "lizard people." Nor did they look like the classic alien caricatures seen in films and pop culture.

So — what do they look like?

Chapa gave a few possible answers over the years, but always with a warning: our ability to perceive them is deeply limited. First, due to what he called “the opacity/darkness of space” — a kind of perceptual interference or dimensional veil.(something I tried to convey in describing the encounter with 'Blue', Chapa's outer friend, in the alternate history). Second, because of “the absence of a fixed knower” — the idea that human consciousness itself is too unstable, too shaped by expectation, to apprehend them directly or consistently.

And yet, he did offer one particularly striking possibility: they might appear to us exactly as we appear to one another.

That is, if they choose to be seen that way. Their technology, he claimed, allows them to present themselves in forms that our minds can accept. If they decide to appear as fully human — indistinguishable from anyone on the street — that’s precisely how they’ll be perceived.

As for me, I believe I may have already encountered a few.

Forbidden Zones – areas that are closed to most of the planet's inhabitants, physically and mentally (Unconscious Conscious Blockage).

It is possible that America until 1492 was entirely a forbidden zone closed to the 'white man' in the sense that he was unable to 'discover it' during all the years it was a closed area. It is also possible that the story of Eden reflects the abandonment of a "forbidden zone" by some "masters".
Forbidden Zones exist on Earth even today, through earthly bodies and external forces that use them to hold these areas.

"The String Pullers" and "The Divers" are people who are able to operate in zones that most people have an 'unconscious conscious block' towards or are outside the realm of the 'permanent knower' (as חפא the guide defined it) of the common human brain structure. They are also able to create such zones. It is possible that some of them received their training outside of Earth, and they assist 'external' factors in maintaining the general blockage of most humans (at least in places where humans' 'natural blocking mechanism', which is supposed to maintain 'balance', does not do so). The 'string pullers' have been involved throughout history in various politics, the 'divers' are probably a role that developed more in the 20th century, at a time when the danger of humans 'going beyond their limits' increased. The main role of the 'divers' is to maintain the 'consciousness barrier', but various entities have also used them to carry out operations 'outside the world of permanent consciousness' of humans – not necessarily outside the Earth.
These types of "forbidden areas" may be reached by the 'mentally ill', or inexperienced people may lose their balance there (identifying "pure marble stones" אבני שיש טהור with "water" מים). One of the things a diver is required to do at a basic stage of his training is to acquire the ability to "dive below the ego line."

"The brains/minds" – a general name for people who operate in the field of 'forbidden zones'/ 'the fog'/ 'real research' – they can be members of the security forces, scientists, people of position and means, and also 'direct servants'.

Extraterrestrials/Externals – Any entity outside the 'human world' but not necessarily outside the Earth, who is in some way connected with 'minds', divers, string pullers or shamans 'on the other side of the line' or controls the 'real research' and 'forbidden areas' that exist today. They are sometimes also called "upgraders".


Principles in the real research:
1. Includes what is truly known about beings outside the ordinary world of humans, not necessarily outside the Earth, but mostly outside the 'permanent knower'.
2. Its beginning – or modern beginning – at the end of the 19th century, when "states" were defined in their modern shape and "kingdoms" were identified, with which the Earth is involved in relations, and for which the light speed barrier is not a problem. From the beginning, the esotericism of knowledge was preserved, under the guarantee of the "external upgrader".
3. From the late 1950s, Israel joined the "real research" and people experimented, some from childhood, with "fog projects" that included things like scuba diving. "Private institutes" or "organizations of minds" operated with little subordination to governments. 
4. For everyone who worked with "real research", care was taken throughout those years to ensure that the knowledge they acquired would remain the property of a few. One way was to ensure that those who worked in the fields of RR would "lose their memory" upon completion of their work, and that their work would also take place in a state of "general fog."
5. One way to ensure "memory loss" was to ensure that the work was done while the worker was in a "high state of consciousness," a state similar to a hallucination, sleep, dream, or being under the influence of psychoactive drugs, and for most people doomed to be forgotten or suppressed in ordinary wakefulness.
6. "Real Research" still uses means to make people believe that it does not exist at all. It disguises itself so that no one can put their finger on what belongs to it and identify it.

Israel in the Fog and in Real Research
Israel was in contact with a kingdom with which the connection took place in the fog, in a space whose reach lies outside the realm of the 'permanent knower'. 
Man's limitation in 'permanent-knowing' depends on the structure and capacity of his mind. All creatures are limited to some point, but some have a point much higher than that of man, and for us, if we'll ever meet them or met them, they are 'omniscient gods'.
This situation is responsible for the fact that entities in Israel:
1. Are in a high degree of contact, either directly or through intermediaries in other countries, with extraterrestrials connected to this history.
2. Their ability to 'get out of the fog', that is, the ability of someone to maintain the advantage of 'permanent knowledge', is very limited. Even those at the highest levels of organizations seem to walk, most of the time, in the dark (some would say they are the ones who are always in the dark).
3. As of 2015 and beyond, Israel is controlled by someone it cannot oppose, even if he works against its interests, because he is skilled, or protected by very high skill, in the fields of 'diving' and 'pulling strings.'
It is true that most of the leading politicians who have led Israel have been equipped with this capability to one degree or another, but they have not used it to destroy the country's defense capabilities, and it is possible that who do so now is doing so because this is now the intention of the external factors that gave him the skills.

Israel provides insight into all the 'minds of the West' even though the 'Real Research' originates in the US. חפא, the guide, called it 'because from Zion will come Torah'.


Rules of the game in the Fog:
1. For the sake of the basic statement, we determine that:
Everyone has passed through the fog.
Everyone knows about extraterrestrials and other phenomena beyond 'normal time', everyone has seen them once, everyone has been in the state.
2. Outside the fog, there is no permanent knower and in order to know or communicate with it and through it – all kinds of ways are needed, including the use of shamans, madmen, and also "scientific" ways.
3. The state of 'no permanent  knower' is convenient for the authorities and convenient for the universe, that is, those above humans in the hierarchy.
4. In every 'world war', to the extent that it takes place on the globe, "aliens" are involved on both sides.
5. 'Private minds-organizations', if they exist, have to maneuver between the authorities and the state of forgetfulness, which is a result of the structure and volume of the human brain.
6. The authorities themselves, as composed of humans, are also not 'permanently aware' and have a 'forgetting procedure' that facilitates their control.
7. "Real Research" still uses means to make people believe that it does not exist at all. It disguises itself so that no one can put their finger on what belongs to it and identify it.

The forgetting procedure of the authorities and organizations/the upgrader includes:
1. Dispersing the approaches to knowledge among the various branches.
2. Preventing a situation in which a critical mass can be robbed from them, that is – the presence of a critical mass in a place where there is a human condition that is at the level of permanent knower.
3. It follows from this that the authorities must also be permanently absent from knowledge, and the laws of forgetting apply to them as well, not only in behavior but in actual practice.
4. The guarantee that these rules will be observed is not in the hands of man but in the hands of an automatic rule or an external supervising force. That is: 'laws of nature' established in the basic programming of the human species, or divine/alien supervision, whether in actual presence or by remote control.


"Shamans"/"regional minds", "concentrators" – 'divers', 'string pullers' or other people, whose presence is seen as necessary for 'states' of deviation from the realm of the 'permanent knower' to occur and for other people to enter into them. The relationship described between Carlos and Don Juan in Carlos Castaneda's books may depict such a structure. 
Some argue that falling in love is actually such a state.

The state of being outside the 'normal time' for most people is a state where they are open to the fraud and charlatanry of people who have shamanic ability or the ability to resemble those with such ability. The '"concentrators' or whoever assumes this role in 'organizational' situations is responsible for the people who have gone outside the 'normal time' and must return them to it 'whole'.

As a research concept, and also as an organizational concept, this concept conflicts with the known rational research concepts, nevertheless, Real Research had to use it to obtain its knowledge.

Who Owns the Earth? – The PlaNetNist Perspective

“The Earth does not 'belong' to any individual, country, or entity in a legal or absolute sense. Philosophically and practically, Earth is a shared resource for all humanity and all forms of life on it.”

Legal Perspective:

Countries possess sovereignty over defined areas (land, territorial waters, and airspace) in accordance with international law. For instance, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) defines rights over natural resources and territorial waters. Some areas, such as Antarctica or outer space, are considered the "common heritage of humankind" under international agreements.

Philosophical Perspective:

There are multiple schools of thought. Some argue Earth belongs to all living beings. Others see it as a shared human resource, and some believe it cannot be "owned" at all — it is a living system that predates humanity and demands stewardship rather than ownership.

Cultural and Religious Perspective:

Different cultures, including indigenous traditions, view Earth as a sacred mother-entity that cannot be owned but must be respected and cared for.

🌐 Cosmic Framework

The issue of planetary ownership is a key dividing line between what are known as the Federations and the Dark Organizations in the galaxy.

Federations generally follow an Earth-like model: a planet belongs to its inhabitants.

Dark Organizations believe a planet belongs to whoever takes control of it.

In the case of “classified (graded) planets”, the Federations have the ability to oversee and prevent illegitimate or unethical claims. However, for “unclassified (ungraded) planets” — such as Earth — the rules are often unclear or unenforceable. On such conditions, the question of ownership becomes a battleground for semi-legal or outright illegal powers, many of whom do not recognize the Federations’ authority.

Over recent centuries, the struggle over Earth has included:

The Kingdom of Darkness (a.k.a. the Kingdom of Satan in Planet N mythos),

Various factions of the Yahwehs,

The Farm Lords,

And others — all of whom see most of humanity (and life on Earth) as lacking awareness or agency in the matter, and have a common vested interest in keeping it that way.

The Federations (or the Consent Tribunals) have never officially recognized these kingdoms’ claims over Earth. They also did not prevent other powers from engaging in resistance against such occupying forces.

However, recognizing Earthlings as equal partners, or including them in the Treaties of the Consent Tribunals, is another matter.

🪐 The Planet N Treaty Model

During the war against the Kingdom of Darkness, a multi-world alliance formed, centered around a newly liberated planet: Planet N.

There, the First Treaty of Planet N was signed, affirming:

The Primary Right of Settlement belongs to the planet’s existing inhabitants.

All other colonization must be done with their consent and under their terms.

Planet N saw itself as a new Consent Tribunal, with the right to admit or liberate other worlds from evil powers. However, it required a quorum of a planet’s population to become a full member in its alliance.

Earth, torn between powers and influences from different worlds and empires, was seen as incapable of producing such a quorum on its own. Therefore, a broad campaign would be required to unite the planet and prepare it to join ‘the Family of Civilized Worlds’.

🛡 Resistance to Integration

There were always many opponents to this idea. Elements of astropolitics that are not recognized on Earth, in addition to a general fear of upgrading humans – inhabitants of an ungraded planet – and removing them from the state of 'lack of permanent knowing' as a result of which they do not communicate with the cosmos around them.

חפא told us of Nofladnas, head of the “Orange Faction” of the Yahwehs. Based in the Alpha Centauri systems, he had a hand in:

Stealing the plans of  חפא and “the Blue One,” which involved connecting Earth to the cosmic network,

Sabotaging their coup plan within the Federation חפא knew.

Opposition came from both extra-terrestrial powers in shadow astropolitics and from human institutions — such as:

MIB,

“Real Research” organizations,

Religious authorities,

Populist politicians.

Together, these forces maintain control over what humans are allowed to know.

📉 Current State and Chaos Warning

To this day, Earth has not been admitted to the Consent Tribunals, and attempts to unify the planet since the 1990s have failed.

The Planet N series has long vanished from the telepathic screens of the Stolen Stoli, but PlaNetNism, as a cosmic philosophy, still exists through certain members of the current Consent Tribunals.

These allies:

Promote suitable forces on Earth that may eventually unify it,

Seek to fulfill the 1985 Treaty aiming to join Earth with ‘the Family of Civilized Planets’.

In the years after the treaty, global unity seemed plausible: the Cold War ended, liberal democracies rose, and efforts to resolve regional conflicts (such as in the Middle East) gained traction — all in alignment with Planet N’s vision, some of whose leaders were Earth-born.

But since the early 21st century, this trend has reversed.

חפא warned (2006–2008) that most cosmic forces have withdrawn their holdings from Earth.

He predicted that, eventually, Chaos Aliens would arrive and dismantle the cultural-planetary fabric.

What does this mean? It is possible that at the end of the process we are now witnessing, in which democracies are retreating and the structure we have known seems to be undermining, forces such as the 'Nofladnas' forces and their potential allies on Earth will claim ownership of the Earth, after supposedly proving that only they 'unify the Earth' and can bring order. Claims of this kind, incidentally, have already been made in the past by similar elements, and rejected by those who were in the cosmic 'consensus courts' of the time.

Principle Explanation

World Merging: Promote the integration of unclassified planets into a family of civilized worlds (per the 1985 Treaty).

Inhabitants’ Sovereignty: First rights belong to a planet's residents. External intervention must be consent-based.

Resistance to Hostile Forces: Oppose Nofladnas, the Kingdom of Darkness, MIB, and other forces occupying planets like Ealrth.

Humanity’s Upgrade: Pull humanity out of the “Fixed-knowing lack” and connect it to  the cosmic network.

The Treaty – Where Are They Today? Between Hope and Skepticism in Study Groups

Ever since חפא ("the guide") brought the information that a treaty was signed in the 1980s between the outsiders, associated with what חפא called the "Federation" or "Space Community," and representative authorities on Earth, people in his study groups have tried to find verifications for this information.

The study groups mainly looked for people who were allegedly involved in the signing of this treaty on behalf of the 'Earth Side' or who received positions under the agreement. Part of the search focused on tracking famous people whose biographies or statements might indicate involvement in such a relationship. Mikhail Gorbachev was considered a "safe bet" to have been involved in these agreements, which were signed in parallel with the revolutionary "perestroika" period he led in the USSR that promoted the end of the Cold War. Some have pointed to chapters in Chingiz Aitmatov's book "И дольше века длится день" that supposedly hint at contacts between outsiders and Earth authorities, noting the fact that the man was at a certain time an advisor to Gorbachev and served as an ambassador to various international institutions.

Shimon Peres, and to a lesser extent, Benjamin Netanyahu, while still ambassador to the UN, were also attributed a possible connection to these connections. Groundbreaking figures in the fields of media, pop, and entertainment were also attributed with involvement in these things. Some found messages or allegories in the lyrics of songs, some of which were seemingly very banal (for example, Madonna and even Modern Talking), or television series, and also 'strange' statements made by celebrities, or sudden turns in their lives. (There were also those who were convinced that John Lennon was murdered because he knew too much about contacts that had begun in the late 1970s.) Among the celebrities who were 'suspected' was one who went to school with Zvi and I.

Others, following the principles expressed by חפא, who rather disparaged celebrities and the cult of celebrity as a factor of cosmic validity, argued that most of the people really involved in such things must be very gray, ordinary people, with seemingly nothing interesting to say about them. There was a lot of logic in their argument that something that was meant to be kept secret could not possibly be given access to people who were chasing the cameras and the cameras were chasing them. For more gray people, they said, it is easy to operate under the radar, and for celebrities such as heads of state, if they participated in some kind of signing ceremony, their participation and signing were at most a symbolic act, of the kind that politicians often do, without knowing exactly what they are signing.
Another thing that חפא talked about a lot is the clouding of consciousness and forgetfulness that are part of the activity in these fields, whether due to a fundamental structural limitation of humans (the absence of a "permanent knower") or whether it is an external guarantee of maintaining secrecy. Very few people are able to work for a long time under these conditions, and חפא told us that it is possible that in the "normal world" there is no one who remembers, at least for a long time, and for these reasons, our chances of meeting such a person and knowing how to identify him and hear knowledge from him are almost zero.

Nevertheless, there were those who tried, and even claimed to know such people. It would not be surprising if I said that some of the members of the groups were themselves suspected of being partners in the agreements and systems that were built according to them. But even those who claimed to know people were not 100%, and at any moment, sure of their rightness.
In an attempt to understand what has been happening in recent years, it seems that there is a school of thought among the graduates of the study groups that believes that the 'Federation' supported and still supports today the world order created in the 1980s and 1990s, with the end of the Cold War, the unification of Europe, the emergence of the Internet, and the strengthening of Western concepts of liberalism and democracy (under the American-European umbrella), and this also includes the peace process in the Middle East.
