הפגישה הראשונה בסדרת הפגישות החדשות של חפא התקיימה בספטמבר. להפתעתי, גם אבא שלי, שהכיר את חפא מאותם ימים רחוקים, ביקש לבוא. המקום היה חלל פנימי בבניין ישן, ששימש בעבר כבית קפה, חנות ספרים וספרייה, ועכשיו גם כאולם לאירועים קטנים. כדי להגיע לכניסה עברנו דרך חצר אחורית, שם עמד בית שאני ואבא הכרנו היטב. בראש גרםהמשך לקרוא "האישה באדום The Woman in Red"

בפתח החדרים הריקים
כמה חודשים לאחר שחפא שב אל חיי, טיילתי עם ידידה ל"ארץ הישנה". גם היא גרה שם בילדותה, ברחוב מקביל, אבל לא הכרנו אז. הראיתי לה את כל המקומות שמהם התחילו כל הדברים, ועברנו גם ליד קבוצת חדרים מן החדרים של סטולי הגנוב, הם נראו לגמרי נטושים. אבל מישהו עמד שם לידם, וזה היה הוא."הלו ברנש,"המשך לקרוא "בפתח החדרים הריקים"

"Por qué nosotros"
Desde el principio le preguntamos a Hapa "¿Por qué nosotros?" Su respuesta inmediata fue: "Porque sólo tú eras libre". Cuando ya sabía dónde pretendía aterrizar, escaneó toda la red (de verdad usó esa palabra, 1977) a su alrededor.
