In 1999, predictions by "channelers" were published claiming that Netanyahu would win. As Chapa's students, we largely dismissed these channelers and their connection with aliens, and the results of those elections reinforced our opinion of them. However, Chapa actually said it was possible that these people were picking up some feedback from the universe that expressed a certain fondness for Netanyahu. But those who decide who rules, even if they "like" someone, do not go against the 'popular wave' (which at that time was going against Netanyahu) and prefer to "put their eggs in several baskets"—meaning they keep track of and monitor potential rivals as well. Incidentally, they mark both the leaders and their rivals at a young age according to an "odds table" that includes their magnetic ability regarding the public. But as mentioned, they very rarely intervene "by force," and as long as there is no threat to their own assets (such as a nuclear threat), they leave humans to cook the stew and enjoy it.
