בלוג הצועד נוסד בישראבלוג בשנת 2004 בשם "הסטוריון מצעד המחץ" שהיה גם כינויי הבלוגי הראשון עד שהפכתי ב2005 להיות "הצועד בנעליו".
הבלוג נע במשך השנים על הציר שבין הגנה על זכויותיהם של מושמטי צה"ל (כהמשך למאבק שנות ה90), מצעדי הפזמונים של שנות ה70 (כמתחייב משמו הישן של הבלוג) וידע החייזרים של חפא, שנמסר בחלקו דרך פוסטים של הסטוריה אלטרנטיבית בדיונית שתחילתה באותן שנים. הקו המחבר הוא שנות "נעורי" בהן העסיקו אותי במיוחד נושאים אלה ובסופן ויתר עלי הצבא הישראלי.
הצועד איננו מובן לתקופתו וחי מחוץ לזרם. הוא יודע שבני אדם מוגבלים ויש לזה סיבות חברתיות, מבניות וקוסמיות. האדם נעדר "יודע קבוע" ויש כוחות, על כדור הארץ ומחוץ לו, המנצלים את מגבלות המין האנושי. ואין יוצא מן הכלל. אך לפעמים יש רגעי התגלות ופקיחת העיניים וצריך לנסות לשמור את מה שנראה ברגעים האלה, על אף המחירים שאתה עלול לשלם.
The (in-his-shoes) Walker's blog was founded on Israblog in 2004 as "The Punch Hit Parade Historian" which was also my first blog nickname until I became "The in-His-Shoes Walker" in 2005.
The blog has moved over the years on the axis between protecting the rights of IDF droputs (as a continuation of the struggle of the 90s), the chants of the 70s (as required by the old name of the blog) and C (Chapa)'s alien knowledge, which was provided in part through fictional alternative history. The connecting line is the years of "youth" in which I was particularly preoccupied with these issues, and in the end the Israeli army gave up on me.
The walker is incomprehensible for his time and lives off the stream. He knows that human beings are limited and there are social, structural and cosmic reasons for this. Man lacks a "permanent knower" and there are forces, on and off the earth, that exploit the limitations of the human race. And there is no exception. But sometimes there are moments of revelation and eye-opening and you should try to keep what you see in those moments, despite the prices you may pay.
